The scope checker

The checker on the home page runs entirely in your browser. The income figures and answers you enter are never transmitted to us, never stored, and never seen by anyone. Close the page and they are gone. We have no way of knowing what you typed.

When you buy

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details in order to take the payment. We never see or store your full card details.

We receive your email address and the fact that you bought the product. We use this only to provide access, handle refunds, and contact you if a deadline in the calendar changes materially. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing unless you separately ask us to.

The calendar itself

When your calendar application refreshes the subscription, our host receives the request in ordinary server logs. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers receive a request from your browser when the page loads.

How long we keep things

Purchase records are kept for six years, because HMRC requires business records to be retained. Support emails are deleted once resolved and no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@mtdcalendar.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
