Who we are

MTD Calendar is a trading name. The trader is a sole trader operating from:

What we sell

MTD Calendar sells a single digital product: a downloadable calendar file (.ics format) listing Making Tax Digital for Income Tax deadlines, with reminder alerts built in. It is delivered instantly by download after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Pricing and payment

The current price is shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. All prices are in GBP.

Your right to cancel, and why it doesn't apply once you've downloaded

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase and receive a full refund.

      Because this is digital content delivered immediately on payment, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the file and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download has started. If you do not want to waive this right, please do not download the file, and contact us before doing so.
    

This does not affect your other statutory rights below.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If the file does not open, is corrupted, or does not match its description, contact us and we will investigate. Where content is genuinely faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial or full refund, in line with the Act.

This is separate from, and not overridden by, the cancellation waiver above, which only concerns changing your mind, not faulty content.

Accuracy of information

The dates and information provided reflect our understanding of HMRC's published Making Tax Digital guidance at the time of writing. Rules can change. This product is a scheduling aid only and does not constitute tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying your own filing obligations directly with HMRC or a qualified accountant.

Intellectual property

The calendar file and its contents are provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the file itself.

Liability

We provide this product with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as a penalty charged by HMRC) arising from use of, or reliance on, this product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
