Terms & refunds

Last updated 6 September 2026.

Who you are buying from

MTD Calendar is a UK business based at 4 Telford Way, Kettering, NN16 8UN, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@mtdcalendar.co.uk.

What you are buying

A one-off payment of £4.99 gives you access to a subscribable calendar file containing Making Tax Digital for Income Tax deadlines, with prep reminders attached. You add the calendar address to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any application that supports calendar subscriptions.

There is no recurring charge, no account, and no renewal.

What this is not

MTD Calendar is an information and scheduling product. It is not tax advice, accountancy services, bookkeeping, or a filing service. It does not calculate tax, submit anything to HMRC, or assess your individual circumstances.

You still need HMRC-recognised software to keep digital records and send quarterly updates. MTD Calendar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HMRC or any government department.

Accuracy

Deadlines were checked against published HMRC guidance in September 2026, and each calendar event shows the date it was verified. We take reasonable care to keep the calendar current and to correct it when HMRC changes something.

However, tax rules change, and no calendar can account for every individual circumstance. You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations. Always confirm your position on GOV.UK or with a qualified accountant. We do not accept liability for penalties, interest, or other losses arising from reliance on this calendar.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Refunds

If you are not happy with the product for any reason, email hello@mtdcalendar.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, normally within five working days.

Availability

The calendar is hosted online and we aim to keep it available continuously, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice so you can save the dates elsewhere.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
